That's weird because I can't get fullspeed even with my good comp
I did put twilight princess bloom hack, copied EFB to ram, there is still weird things on the main configuration tab with the enable core duo that I don't know if i should chek like : Locks threads to cores, DSPLLE on thread and the 3 CPU Emulator Engine options. I use SVN R 5054 and play with OpenGL because there is the black shadow bug on the maps >.<

that's because copy EFB to Ram (for graphic) ,you should check copy EFB to texture(for speed) ,you can't get fullspeed with EFB to Ram even you have the best PC
and use dx9 as well for speed

try using the latest revision of Dolphin. Also which graphics plugin are you using?
Disable framelimit (set to off) and enable audio throttle in the DSP plugin settings.
EDIT: I meant framelimit, not frameskip, yeah

@Cantstop991, set framelimit to 50/60 (depending on your version and screen refresh rate you use)
