Sure. This should be everything.
EDIT: The game is actually running smoother than it was a while ago, but at the same time I had it on fullscreen, which could be why it ran faster. But it still did dip on some occasions.
Well, tw things: Set the IR to 2x, your GPU is able to handle 720p
And uncheck the "OpenMP Texture Decoder", it's only useful when you have 4 cores or more. The rest is okay.

Cool, thanks.
Ill try it out and see how it runs. Like I said, it was running a little more smoothly a while ago, so maybe Ive fixed everything myself.
EDIT: Also, this is a newbish thing to ask, but how do yall feel about OCing laptops? Its probably asking for disaster, but meh, doesnt hurt to ask.

1. not possible (because of the BIOS)
2. if you want to grill your CPU, do it

Haha. Ill take that as a...no
Oh, wow. Herp de derp big time, but I just now realised that when I plug my laptop in the wall, performance increases to the max. Yeah, I know guys. My new is showing
My PC runs it sometimes a bit above 40 fps above 60 fps (with my laptop warmed up), but if I try getting it to go faster by trying overspeed (limiting 120 fps), it doesn't make much of a change. It'll go slow in any mode and map. (in menus it's normal except the ovrspd. part) I have an AMD A8-3510MX APU with Radeon HD Graphics (4 CPUs), 1.8GHz processor, and an ATI video card. It has nothing wrong with the music, but it did once. Any help on getting it to go faster? If you need me to post more about it, I'll give you more info.

There is your problem
What? No.
Hate to post this thread all over town, but it's very possible to play games at full speed on those AMD chips. SSBM is one of them, though I haven't posted shots of that game yet.
