The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (ゼルダの伝説 トワイライトプリンセス, Zeruda no Densetsu Towairaito Purinsesu?) is an action-adventure game developed by Nintendo Entertainment Analysis and Development, and published by Nintendo for the Wii and GameCube video game consoles. It is the thirteenth installment in The Legend of Zelda series. Originally planned for release in November 2005, Twilight Princess was delayed by Nintendo to allow its developers to refine the game and add more content. The Wii version was released alongside the Wii console on November 19, 2006 in North America, and in December 2006 in Japan, Europe, and Australia. This made Twilight Princess the first Zelda game released at the launch of a Nintendo console. The GameCube version was released in December 2006, and was the last Nintendo-published game for the console. During early development, Nintendo referred to Twilight Princess as The Wind Waker 2. The title changed as development progressed, with the name Twilight Princess officially announced at E3 2005.

The story focuses on series protagonist Link, who tries to prevent Hyrule from being engulfed by a corrupted parallel dimension known as the Twilight Realm. To do so, he takes the forms of both a human and a wolf, and is assisted by a mysterious creature named Midna. The game takes place hundreds of years after Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask.

Twilight Princess is the first game in The Legend of Zelda series to receive a T rating from the ESRB, who cited fantasy violence and animated blood as reasons for the more mature rating. The game was hailed by many major publications as the greatest Zelda game ever made, and won numerous Game of the Year awards.

hi rene!

I'm using the same settings for twilight princess. Can confirm that they work very well!

But the problem with the aiming / targeting is not solved - with the boomerang for example you still cant lock onto multiple
moving enemies. I tried it with my wiimote and / also keyboard on the newest dolphin revision. but with the keyboard you cant swing your sword so its pointless :/

@rene: Did you not experience any problems when using a real wiimote and targeting with owls or boomerang?
I wrote a thread in the old dolphin forum about this issue - the post had almost 100 views - but no one seemed to have an idea Sad maybe you know some way to get around this problem...

sadly I can't finish the forest temple with this issue - please help!

I hope to give you an answer in about a week, as I just purchased a Bluetooth adapter and Wireless sensor bar. Hopefully someone else has a working Wii mote that could lend a hand. If not, I will come back as soon as they arrive in the mail Smile
I have a Wiimote connected to PC but I don't have Twilight Princess. But I wanna say: if other games work great with Wiimote and Sensor Bar, why this one shouldn't work? Wink
This is a great game, lots of puzzles and not too short of a game. A lot of interesting things to discover and explore, as well as a decent story to keep you entertained. It has some nice boss battles as well.

However I play this on my Wii, the lack of sound in addition the inability of me being able to hook my Wiimote up since I lack a bluetooth dongle ruins any chance of me playing this on Dolphin for the time being.

It's an overall great game in my opinion, as I've always liked what the Zelda games had to offer. Smile
Hey guys,

as I said I played on PC up to the boss of the forest temple with a wiimote connected to my PC.
The game runs really great on dolphin and I didnt encounter ANY problems up to the point where you have to use the owl to catch the basket with the baby... and also with target-lockon multiple moving enemies when using the boomerang.

@rene: I'm curious if you have the same problem...

But up to that point at the forest temple boss - I had a lot of fun playin - just like like on my wii - hope dolphin fixes this soon!
