If I use copy EFB to texture the minimap doesn't show up correctly, I'll stick to this small graphical error that doesn't bother me anyway.

Aiming Offsight... yes

I guess you're using Real WiiMote, looks like guys using it got aiming woking by switching hack, which didn't make effect for me. I think it's a D3D-unique bug now hence with OpenGL plugin it works like a charm even without real controller, though with OpenGL fps gets drastically decreased.

Just use the latest revision, that issue you pointed out has been fixed for the last 5 - 10+ revisions now.
As of the latest revision (5006), is this still a common problem everyone has with water reflectivity, or am I missing something? I've had this issue the whole time I've used Dolphin:

Using D3D9 renderer.
lol, just disable widescreen hack.
Ahhh... never bothered to try that.
Do you think the gamecube or wii version is better, in terms of FPS?

Is there a way to perform the sword spin move with a mouse and keyboard? If so what buttons/settings. I basically signed up to ask this question ^_^.

Edit:

I just Figured it out after like 30mins.You hold down nunchuck pitch down and press nunchuck shake. What a trial and error with shake...
please, as DemonHunter asked, does the wii version has the same perfomance as de gamecube one, cuz (gc one) it runs perfectly for me but i wanna try the wii one,

Rev 5021 Seems to allows AA in dx9 with EFB set to textures, although it doesn't have AA properly setup with EFB set to RAM (which solves the transparent map). Other than that Zelda runs Fine on my PC. I get 40fps (I cap it to 30 cause it's way too fast) with a q6600 @ 3.2 with 4GB and a 4850.

As for the water problem as it's been suggested try disabling the widescreen hack should solve.
