The issue is that unlike the Prime 2/3 HP textures the P1 textures can't simply be upscaled and then replaced without altering the alpha masks as well. To get it to work I had to set the transparency of the textures to 100% and then export the images as a PNG with a 32 bit depth so the numbers and background still exist in the texture despite being completely invisible. There was only one other texture that had the same issue and it was a small scrolling arrow in the Prime 3 menu.
Below are some sneak peaks of the pack for anyone's that is interested. The goal is to simply replace the most offensive low-res HUD textures that don't look good next to all the upscaled 3D elements with new hand-drawn ones. I don't know when it will be ready for a release.
