How often do you guys merge the builds? I've read the last blog, and was wondering when Android build will have those changes that improve performance.

The android version uses the same code as all the other versions. Just has android specific UI code that gets compiled instead of the desktop UI code. The buildbot builds APKs every time something is merged in Github.
The android UI code is kept in the same repository. 04-15-2017, 05:05 PM

Each time you see a new development version be available on the download page, a branch has been merged into master, meaning that the changes in that branch now are included in both the PC versions and Android version of Dolphin. As an example, 5.0-3345 contains everything that was in the previous version (5.0-3334) plus audio stretching. 04-16-2017, 05:18 PM

That would be a godsend on Android from how limited performance is due to insufficient SOC combos. (Shield TV's underpowered CPUs) This feature in audio is possible via Android with Mupen AE's newer multi-threaded audio plugin but only because of the type of audio backend it uses for it.
