I have 18 in RE: The Dark Side Chronicles.
I have 30 in RE: Zero.
I tweaked the settings and that's the best I can get!WTF?!!!

My System Specs:
CPU: Core 2 Quad Q6700 2.66Ghz
GPU: NVidia GeForce 9600GT 1.5GB GDDR3
RAM: 4GB DDR2
What settings have you "tweaked". We need to know what settings you're using now so we can know what needs to be changed. List all of your settings as well as what version of the emulator you are using.
I d' love to be Off topic on this One , sorry ,but //Parham6 "I wish I had an angel for one moment of love

Yes sorry , but Angels dont have sex !^^

ON topic , try to OC that Q6700 of yours , 3ghz would be a good start
I'm using ALL speed improvement settings...Since it's a CPU issue i'm using Maxed out GPU setting with Enhanced AA via Nvidia CP.
Right now I have these settings on:
Dual Core
Idle Skipping
JIT Recompiler
HLE to IPL
Optimize Quantizers
DSP on Thread
And all GPU settings.
I OCed and then my OS didn't run!!! So I had to Load Fail-Safe Defaults. I nearly fried my CPU!!!
I think my Version was 3771.
I've downloaded the newest on my laptop, now.
That's an old version. Try this. http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html

Try using the DX9 plugin. Also try disabling the AA and see if that helps the speed.

Use these settings, too. http://www.dolphin-emu.org/performance.html
No, AA won't help 'cause the problem is CPU speed not GPU! But thanks anyway!
Also, turn framelimit to off or auto.
I did that too, what's the best FPS you can get with your Dual-Core?

Just disable it anyways
Alright, I'll try that. I guess reducing GPU setting is the only thing I haven't tried!!!
