Force V-Sync on
AA Gamma correction
Anistropic filtering(forced)
AA Tranparency - Supersampling
Triple Buffering On
And anything else that can improved quality...

well, tell us the game you wanna play...and no, amd is your best friend if you're loyal to him...
anyway, lower your settings in control pannel first, second post your game so we know what you're struggling for. Not all games can be run as easily as others
and yes, OC will do good

You just happen to pick two of the games that are on the slow side. Try Resident Evil the remake for the GC. It's 100% speed.
