Heya all,
i tried to play Resident Evil Zero on Dolphin 4.0-5946 and got only 19 FPS + the sound is rly weird . Since this is my first time using Dolphin i wanted to ask what option should i use to get the game decently running. (i tried both of the setting that the first page shows , didnt changed the 19 fps)
tbh i would buy a old gc and play it there but i dont have a TV at my place (using this laptop to watch series movies ) , so i cant play it on a console so if some1 can help me it would be really great !
thanks and sorry for my crappy english!
my laptop informations :
Operating System: Windows 8.1
Processor/CPU: AMD A8-4500M APU
Video Card/GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7640G + 7670M dual Graphics
Memory/RAM: 4 or 6 Gigabyte not sure

There's your problem.
i have a graphical problem, the flames aren't on the torch or candles but they are next to them
i see you use openGL, try directx 9 or 10.
[removed links]
In direct3d, it is worse
i found the issue, i unchecked widescreen hack and i have no issues anymore.
Having a problem with crashes whenever I enter the area the gondola takes Rebecca to in the Treatment Plant. I was also getting some slowdown in the area where you fight the Tyrant, so I suspect there's some kind of effect that maybe my laptop (MSI GX60) can't handle. (Otherwise, the game, surprisingly, has run like a champ.) I used Windows Debugger to open a .dmp file the emulator created after I enabled crash dumps to be made through regedit, but I can't make heads or tails of it. Just curious if anyone has come across a similar issue.
Update: Switched to OpenGL, which generally gives me more problems, and found it didn't crash there. Curious.
4.0.7591
I have aspect set to auto, and widehack off, yet when i move around - after a few camera angle changes the Dolphin sets the game to 16:9 and stays that way. If i load in-game save it goes back to 4:3, until i walk through a few more rooms, and it repeats. Also, widehack seems to make no difference whatever.

Your cpu is terrible for emulators and this is not even demanding game. Wait for hd remaster that will soon come to pc
Feels like this information should be here:

OK, I decided to test a new Dolphin build out today (2017-10-14) namely 5.0-5665 x64 and the game crashes at the same exact spot as it have many many times before on this
8 month journey.
There are
NO workarounds today to rely on anymore unless you count Cached Interpreter (Slower) as one but even on my setup:
i7 4790K @ stock with 4.4GHz Turbo Boost
ASUS Nvidia 1060 6GB
16 GB RAM
Windows 10 x64
it's not a pleasant experience at all, I would say none because that's how slow it plays on Cached Interpreter (Slower).
This is not a 4 star working game anymore, you can't get past the panel opener sequence on the train meaning you can't progress in the game at all and even if you had a save after that sequence and manage to reach the Training Facility, the game will crash on another part where you have to use a crank in order to operate a lift/elevator.
Until Resident Evil 0 GBZP08 crashes at certain events -
https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/10129 is solved nobody can play or enjoy this game ever again in
newer versions of Dolphin.
Just thought I would update you on this again.
