So i've just gotten my dolphinbar and wiimotion plus . wondering if anyone knows which settings are best for this? i run a souped up core i7 4790k and 980ti and 16gb ram, so i am good there, but i am trying to find if there's any recommended shader or emulator settings for the best possible picture. and any other recomendations.

Hey,
I'm using the 3.5-1522 Motion+ build and I was able to play the game until I reached Farore's Silent Realm. After playing the harp and thrusting the sword into the symbol, the game screen turns white as if it's going to play a cutscene, but then dolphin crashes. Does anyone know a way around this bug? 04-14-2017, 10:49 PM
Unofficial, outdated builds are not supported. Especially when they're known to be full of hacks, bugs and inaccuracies.
Use a real remote + Motion Plus and 5.0 (or newer). 04-17-2017, 12:12 AM
I've been playing this for a bit on latest ishiiruka 744 and the latest official dolphin build. everything was going fine, for the first 10 hours of playing. now i keep getting stutters, especially during flying but generally i get them everywhere. i was using a texture pack, but i disabled it to see if it mattered, still getting them. lowered the internal res still same, removed any postprocessing, same. checked my system memory and cpu usage. they seem to be fine. i have 16gb ram, core i7 4790k and a 980ti nvid . It's really saddening because the stuttering is really putting a huge damper on the experience it's not just occasional, it's pretty frequent. anyone any idea?

Check and make sure that when you're playing games your GPU is going into high performance mode.
Looking to play Skyward Sword on Dolphin. I haven't played since it's release, and need some help. Which version of Dolphin is best for Skyward Sword? Is the 5.0 general release just fine for Skyward Sword? Also, what can I do to make Skyward Sword look it's absolute best? Please keep in mind that I'm basically very new to Dolphin (I basically know how to get it to play games and change some very basic settings).

Yes, 5.0 is fine (unless you don't have a real Wii Remote + MotionPlus + Nunchuk, in which case you are out of luck because no official version of Dolphin can emulate the MotionPlus). 04-25-2017, 12:14 AM

Hello, I've recently been playing Skyward Sword, but a glitch keeps occurring. Every time I hit one of the timeshift stones, everything but the surrounding area of the stone turns into a black void. I've tried enabling "Skip EFB Access from CPU" and disabling "Fast Depth Calculation", but nothing seems to work. Anybody have a fix?
