I have this one
http://www.amazon.de/Nintendo-Wii-Wirele...863&sr=8-6 with duracells. I also tried 2 candles. Bluetooth is a new dell bluetooth chip in an Alienware Laptop. I think bluetooth is not the problem, since the nunchuk and the buttons work just fine. I only tried the Zelda Twilight Princess. hmm The cursor is just wildly jumping around and nearly no precision. Just tried with other batteries. Unplayable atm. Could it be the sensor bar? Even when i have the same result with 2 candles? 01-30-2012, 02:57 PM
Hey everyone!
Tried running 3.0-303-dirty, but it crashes on me. I load a game and it black screens "clearing code cache" setup wiimem: cant find setting file and Error compiling at 0.LR=00000000 CTR=000000. Ive been at this for about 4 hours. Finally got the wiimote to work and then BAM! Got this. very sad... 02-02-2012, 08:00 PM
Hi,
First of all, sorry for my english, but I need your Help... I'm still having blocking issue with this wiimotion plus controller. I have followed the process to install correctly the Toshiba stack, my BT dongle is right recognized, I succeeded to detect my wiimote, but unfortunately it doesn't stay connected. I explain: I see the link icon over the wiimote icon into the Toshiba's list of bluetooth prefered devices, but 2 seconds later it disapears and the wiimote is not connected, whereas the wiimote is still detected into the game controllers configuration menu of XP. I have tried to do this with the Widcomm stack (my BT dongle is a Belkin one), and after found the trick to pass through the pin code validation, the result is nearly the same (the link icon appears over the wiimote icon, then disapears). The only difference, is that sometimes it's running well, by pushing the button A during the link completion, but the most of time it's not running. Besides that, when the link is well established, Dolphin detects well the wiimote. So my question is: how can I or how do you succeed to have permanent connection of your wiimotion plus with the PC ? I'm sure there is another trick, and I'm not so far to get it, but I'm despairing, it makes 1 month I'm still blocked. Thank you by advance for your BIG Help. 02-03-2012, 04:23 AM
Xoppa Wrote:If you used the Microsoft stack before and are now trying the Toshiba stack, consider removing/disabling the bluetooth device manually using the Windows 7 device manager. Including the removal of any paired devices using the device manager. Although some paired devices are not visible in the Microsoft bluetooth manager, they might still be in the device manager (using another device name, which can make it hard to find them). After that reinstall the Toshiba stack (if your device is compatible, i'm not sure about the compatibility of the Toshiba stack, mine came with the Toshiba stack) and don't forget to reboot your system. Make sure the bluetooth device is working correctly using the Toshiba stack before you continue.

Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately it's not a success Between step 3 & 4, it doesn't connect. The message is a kind of (after quick translation) : "Connection in progress, please wait", and after few seconds, the message is "A connection from the device is awaited..." with an OK button. Have you got any ideas ? (01-21-2012, 12:09 AM)Nizkus Wrote: Here's alternative link for file to remove the evaluation timer, since megaupload is no more. I finally got a full proof way of having a WII mote connect to the dongle with Toshiba now. I see some people had trouble with the A method, as I did too. Because if the WII mote gets new batteries or turns off without a good disconnect you will get that error "The connection has been reset" while trying the A button method.
For some reason this fixed it: 1. First connect the WII mote normally but pressing 1+2 and let Toshiba detect it and connect then disconnect. 2. Then this is the part which makes no sense to me, but works miraculously. Press 1+2 Again but DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE. Let the WII MOTE blink, until it times out (stops blinking.) 3. THEN click connect in the Toshiba settings, when it says looking for device PRESS A or + or Z it doesn't matter, just get the thing to blink. (Just don't hit 1+2 or the Sync button, this resets the sync info.) It will then connect. And you can click refresh or whatever in dolphin and it will be online. From this point forward if you safely disconnect the WII mote, you can use the A method connect now every time to sync the same mote. If you accidentally delete the device information or change the batteries, you must restart the TIMEOUT method. I do not know WHY the timeout method works, there must be a reason for this. But this works for me EVERY single time. IT took me hours of playing around trying different things just to try to figure this out. 02-05-2012, 09:43 AM
