A stock cooler with stock voltage. It's all you need. To much testing involved to let processor leave the plant with a possibility of burning your chip out. Besides 3.9 Ghz is necessary to get Dolphin really moving anyhow.
Actually 3.0Ghz+ is all that is needed. You think just because they go to market that they won't run hot? Lest we forget the Prescott debacle and the little furnaces they were.
