You can already do that. I forget the command, but there is a way to launch a specific game from command-line, so you can just write that into a shortcut. It might just be "(path to Dolphin) (path to ISO)," but don't quote me on that.

If you create a shortcut to Dolphin and put that command as the target by right-clicking and going into the properties dialogue that will work too.

The UI is pretty busy as it is, and there's really nothing complicated about it; the only thing that's really a roadblock is that you might not know what the command is (like I didn't), and I do think that Dolphin needs a bit more documentation on its smaller, more detailed features, but that's not really a feature request. I think in general it would be really messy to actually implement this into some sort of UI option. If it were done, the only way I see it is maybe right-click a game, then have an option in the context menu like "create shortcut" or something.

is it possible for dolphin to control the bottlenecking of the cpu? will that speed up the emulator for low end systems?
