Is it possible to get rid of this annoying popup message that appears everytime i play my games?
Either change EnableSignatureChecks in Dolphin.ini to False, or use WAD files that actually are proper.
What do you mean with wad files that are proper?
WAD files that have been signed by Nintendo.

Well, the games are running fine, apart from the beginning where dolphin failed to save my progress.
It would be preferable with a checkbox to disable this annoying popup message.
Still getting pestered by this message.

Did you catch JosJuice's suggestion above to disable the checks in the Dolphin.ini file?

Im not really sure how to do that?
Open the Dolphin.ini file (it's Documents/Dolphin Emulator/Config/ by default on Windows), search for the line saying EnableSignatureChecks, and change True to False.
