I don't know anything about that game, but are the 30fps sections because the game is locked at that framerate, or is it just the game briefly slowing down due to a lot happening onscreen (jumping between 30 and 60 sporadically)? If it's the latter, you could try the overclock setting in Dolphin's options menu. It can sometimes help games with framerate dips maintain better performance.

Like Granville was saying, it could just need overclocking to keep it at 60fps. If the game is actually being locked at 30fps for certain sections, I could probably check it out with a complete save file from gamefaqs, but I would need to know exactly how to get to the area where it goes to 30fps.

I'm going to necro this for the sake of Spectrobes the most underrated series of games ever.

Spectrobes Origins needs a 60fps patch. If there is one that already exists please notify me. Thank you

I've played through the wii version of the game on dolphin, an example of when the game is capped at 30fps is after the very first section of the first level, Diesel Dreaming.
