Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes (タツノコ VS. CAPCOM CROSS GENERATION OF HEROES ?) is a crossover fighting game featuring characters from the Japanese animation studio Tatsunoko Production and video game company Capcom. Capcom has stated that the game will "probably not" be released outside of Japan due to Tatsunoko's licensing issues (outside of Japan, other companies have rights to some or all of Tatsunoko's characters). However, Capcom USA is working to deal with these issues.

the game still has micro stuttering during special moves with the latest version
it happens when a new sound is played. i guess the media isn't cached very well yet

otherwise this game would be very playable with solid framerate.
disableing the destination alpha pass gets rid of most of the black on transparent effects. However you still get a little bit sometimes but its reduced significantly.
that is correct. thanks Smile

another observation: the game stutters when the announcer says something ofr the first time.

Are you sure it's sluggish at 30 fps? Because that's the speed the game is runing on Wii natively, as are most console games.
Well speed depends on region, but not 30 FPS definetly.

PAL 50hz = 50 FPS
PAL 60hz = 60 FPS
NTSC = 60 FPS

Most games run at 30 FPS, or 25 FPS for PAL, in-game, aren't they? 60/50 FPS is only for the menus in most games. Or am I wrong?

And I'm definitely sure that NTSC-J TvsC running at 30FPS runs at full speed, certainly not half speed or anything.
Some games have that really (Sonic & the Secret Rings, for example). Any other game I have (I have 20 Wii games) works at speeds I posted before.
