Hey, EmuWikiAdmin from EmuWiki.com here.
I hear you have problems with your server and I wanted to make you an offer that I make to everyone in the emulation scene (see the FAQ
http://www.emuwiki.com/index.php?title=E...rectly_.3F ). The goal of EmuWiki.com is to collect every single version of every single emulator that ever existed; doing that is pretty hard for me alone because it involves adding more than 40 emulator versions everyday, so of course I built the site in the Wiki style in the hope that people would add their own emulators to the encyclopedia. And to encourage people doing that, I offer free unlimited hosting of the files that CAN be linked externally. What does that mean ? It means when you add a file to the encyclopedia, you can just link it from your website. For example, here's how it would look like :
Dolphin r2745-fastlog-devel - Linux 64-bits
http://www.emuwiki.com/images/Dolphin-27...ts.tar.bz2
Dolphin r2745-fastlog-devel - Linux 32-bits
http://www.emuwiki.com/images/Dolphin-27...og.tar.bz2
Dolphin r2745 - Windows 64-bits
http://www.emuwiki.com/images/Dolphin_2745--64bits.zip
Dolphin r2745 - Windows 32-bits

You can download the files simply by clicking on the link. Crazy thing is you can create yourself these links simply by uploading files to the encyclopedia, which is a very simple task, and your visitors, when downloading from these links, do not need to view ads, and they don't even need to visit EmuWiki.com. That's the advantage for you, and the advantage for me is that I receive the files very fast, I know I don't have to care about this or this particular emulator, so I can spend my time working on the history of other emulators. Some beta testers & compilers in the JPCSP team are already doing this, and I love it because I get all the unofficial versions of the emulator without any work.
EmuWiki.com is ready to handle some huge traffic. It's installed on a 2.4 Ghz Core 2 Duo completely dedicated to EmuWiki.com. It's got a upload speed of 100 mbps that is upgradable to 1000 mbps whenever we reach a cap. We already have 3 Tb transfer / month buyed and we only use a very small fraction of that.
Best way to see if you like it is to try it. Here's how it's done. You go to the history page of Dolphin, you subscribe & login :
http://www.emuwiki.com/index.php?title=H...of_Dolphin
Beside 'Original Versions History' you click on Add. A form appears. Fill in the information concerning your emulator. If there is no What's New, type 'No description.' Upload the file of your emulator, and click on Save. It's done, you have a new link such as this :
http://www.emuwiki.com/images/Dolphin_2745.zip
You can upload up to 5 files using the same form, which makes it faster for numerous versions to be uploaded.
Please send this offer to anyone who is responsible for the files in your organisation. I make this offer in good faith in the hope that it will help, and I hope it won't be considered as spam!
