Can't Download Dolphin

So I just registered for the Dolphin forums and the Dolphin website because when I went to the download links, with any link I tried, after the 20 second the website would say that I did not have permission to access the website:

You don't have permission to access /cgi_bin/script/d/dl32.php on this server.

I then registered and am getting the same problem...
any ideas?

I had the same problem, I googled the file name and find another download link.

Sometimes Daco's server is just really crappy. Unfortunately there isn't really a way to fix it without changing servers (which might happen)

You can download the files simply by clicking on the link. Crazy thing is you can create yourself these links simply by uploading files to the encyclopedia, which is a very simple task, and your visitors, when downloading from these links, do not need to view ads, and they don't even need to visit EmuWiki.com. That's the advantage for you, and the advantage for me is that I receive the files very fast, I know I don't have to care about this or this particular emulator, so I can spend my time working on the history of other emulators. Some beta testers & compilers in the JPCSP team are already doing this, and I love it because I get all the unofficial versions of the emulator without any work.

EmuWiki.com is ready to handle some huge traffic. It's installed on a 2.4 Ghz Core 2 Duo completely dedicated to EmuWiki.com. Of course it will be added, but you're always better served by yourself, so adding it yourself and providing a description of it to us would be greatly valuable! Do not hesitate to click on these little (Add) buttons all around the encyclopedia.
