try updating directx ... install the latest .net framework google for .netframework 3.5 and 4.0
see if that helps (most emulators need at least .net 3.5 to run

You're obviously running a very old PC. Even if you were able to load a game, it would be awfully slow and not worth it. Personally I wouldn't even bother trying to get that PC to do anything with this emulator.
yeah its old i forgot to say that. but could i still get the emulator working if i tried to. i dont care if its slow. thanks.
You didn't tell us what your processor it was. In your profile you said 2.0GHz but it isn't enough we need to know what kind of processor it is
