That is far below the minimum requirements for a 3d console emulator... a athlon XP processor is able to run emulators that are primarily 2D games (Sega genesis/GB(C/A)/(S)NES and so on
when trying an emulator always think that your system must be 3x that of the console

the wii
CPU speed 729 MHz
CPU cores 1
System RAM 88 MB

Minimum system for a smooth emulation:
CPU speed : 2158 Mhz ( 2,1+ Ghz processor)
CPU cores 2 (dual core or better)
System RAM 2048 MB ( more is better)

depending on the game you want to play you may need even higher specs (some wii games require heavy load on RAM and processor)

The Athlon XP doesn't support SSE2 and so it is impossible to even start the emulator.

1. Clock frequency != performance
2. There is no magic number to determine how much faster your hardware needs to be to emulate a console
3. There is no magic way to even compare the native hardware to your hardware without benchmarks from both systems running the same software

would any emulator for gamecube work on this computer
