try updating directx ... install the latest .net framework google for .netframework 3.5 and 4.0

see if that helps (most emulators need at least .net 3.5 to run

Tell us what your CPU/GPU are
Use these tools if you don't know http://www.filehippo.com/fr/download_cpuz and http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/SysInfo/GPU-Z/

You're obviously running a very old PC. Even if you were able to load a game, it would be awfully slow and not worth it. Personally I wouldn't even bother trying to get that PC to do anything with this emulator.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

You didn't tell us what your processor it was. In your profile you said 2.0GHz but it isn't enough we need to know what kind of processor it is Smile.
Use CPU-Z it's easy to use. No installation needed http://www.filehippo.com/fr/download_cpuz
