can someone help me find the best settings for sonic?

the audio clicks and i get 20-30 FPS in some areas and then 30

the biggest problem is the clicking audio i tried enabling audio throttle and everything is on it's lowest

my specs are:

Cpu: AMD Athlon ii x250 3.0Ghz daul core

Gpu: Ati Readon HD 5770

Video Memory:1GB

Windows: Xp 32 bit

shouldn't i be able to run this without clicks and a good framerate?

can someone please help me? Smile
Upgrade or overclock your processor.
Seriously.

Sonic Colors is a demanding game.
An Overclocked Phenom 2 X3/4 is needed to play at full speed.
What is your Motherboard?

That video card can probably do 3x native.

The best solution is to use LLE audio, which requires a better processor.
And your board seems to support the Phenom.
i Use HLE so i should use LEE? :/
Yes try with LLE but as werewolfyman said a powerful processor is needed for that.
And what do you exactly mean by "clicking"? Big Grin
the sound is slow Sad it's normal when my frame is 43 but whenever it drops the souind also drops with it i tried everything even enable and disabling audio throtle Sad

Phenom's have considerably better performance per core and overclockability.
And LLE on thread makes Dolphin use 3 cores.
AMD FX and Athlons are not recommended for Dolphin. (Neither are Phenoms good for Dolphin technically, but that is another story.)

If you don't feel like overclocking then prepare to get another motherboard and an Intel processor. (A good combo would cost about $150.)

Faster than nearly any Phenom @ 3.8 ghz.

And here's one that's even cheaper - nearly as much as the 960t and would have superior speeds if compared at stock and that's not taking the Hyper 212 Fan and Heatsink into account.
