Check my previous post and follow the instructions. You don't need a better CPU.

All you need is a different version of Dolphin, the right settings and a 64-bit OS.
alright i'll update to 64 bit in a few weeks but could someone send a suggestion to the dev team to make the 32 bit version more uh... accessible Big Grin
oh i forgot to add that everythings is normal in the menu/intro and pause menu but during gameplay i get slow sound/low framerate

if my cpu was weak i should have slow sound everywhere right? :/
Are you using accurate v-beam?
yes i'm using accurate v-beam

the intro is fine with my fps being 105 and the menu is good with a fps of 43 and no slow audio but whenever i press new game the audio is fine for 1 second and then it becomes slow and stays slow
The older 64-bit build of Dolphin is ~35% faster
