Boost your emulation speed by doing these steps:
1. Upgrade your operating system: Use a 64-bit OS (Windows 7 64-bit) and download the 64-bit version of Dolphin
(Windows XP + AthlonII/PhenomII/FX = bad performance)
2. You also need at least 2 GB of RAM to run Dolphin on a 64-bit OS
(1GB = LOL)
3. Enable 'Accurate VBeam Emulation' and 'Block Merging' in the game properties
4. Use the Direct3D9 backend and select a higher internal resolution (2x or 2.5x). Do *NOT* set the IR to the lowest setting (1x) if you have an ATI card or you'll experience FPS drops / stuttering in the later levels (!)
5. Use DSP HLE, XAudio2 output @ 48000Hz and set the framelimiter to 'Auto'
6. Use a recent GIT build of Dolphin
7. NOTE: 30 fps = 100% speed in this game

In the latest builds, you can enable throttling by setting the framelimiter to 'Audio' instead of 'Auto'

You have no clue what you're talking about dude
AMD Athlon , Phenom II , Intel Core 2 duo , Pentium Dual Core are outdated CPU . What do you expect from them ?

Download the super fast version of Dolphin (3.0-441 64bit) from here:
http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html?list=4
* In the game properties, enable (full tick) Accurate VBeam Emulation and Block Merging
* In the Video settings window, select the Direct3D9 backend @ 2.5x internal resolution, set the framelimiter to 'Off' and disable VSync
* In the audio settings window, choose HLE audio, XAudio2 output @ 48000Hz.
Leave all other settings at default.
With this version and settings, even a 2.6 GHz AMD CPU is able to run this game at 30+ fps without audio glitches.
