Even with jump fix?No. Proportionally shorter hookshot, bow and slingshot range, time passes proportionally faster, some enemies are faster, sword combos a lot harder to do, the game gets stuck in the Volvagia cutscene, Link doesn't fall to the ground after finishing a temple (60fps only), Link gets stuck when crawling, water animation is faster... And probably more unknown issues.
There's a thread on the Project64 forums where they fixed some issues, improving the cheat code further. But only for N64 emulators. http://forum.pj64-emu.com/showthread.php?t=5208
