ProLogic is just multichannel folded into stereo. It would be convenient if Dolphin could do the unfolding and output 5.1 though. I usually forget to change Windows back to 5.1 when switching to stereo output for ProLogic sources.

What does yours look like? If you look at the first picture below, there is a tab on the left side in the center, it'll allow you to change the view.
If you don't have any video graphics or banners/thumbs, you can just right click on the video and browse the menu.

I use 11.0.
I'm pretty sure you have to be in a specific area other than just "videos", like videos -->TV shows, or videos --> movies. Also, some obscure moves or videos may not come up correctly when searching for the banners/thumbs. Obviously well known stuff like Seinfeld or Friends would, but a not-so-well-known anime probably wouldn't. Anyway, it's tough to explain how everything works, I've just done a lot of trial and error and found the best way to do things. Just navigate through the menu a few times and experiment setting up videos in different areas, you'll get it eventually. You might find better help than listing to me on the actual XBMC forums.
