I'm having an issue with the last star. After beating bowser and grabbing the star, the credits don't appear. The camera just keeps moving slowly but the credits don't appear. This is very annoying because I can't unlock the green stars... I don't know if it's because of the hacks, I have never had any problem with them.

I just saw the credits of Mario Galaxy 2 a few weeks ago when a friend streamed it. He was using emulator, so it's very likely that your hacks cause it.

This may be a stupid question here. But does anyone play Galaxy with a Ouya controller or similar? I have it setup well enough to play Mario Bros Sunshine but that setup is GC and was easy. This Galaxy has been hard to setup the ouya controller for the wii emulation. Does anyone have some pointers for me? Thanks for your help!

When i start the game it works fine. After pressing Esc and shutting down dolphin, whenever I start it again and start the game, the windows shows up and then it crashes, windows says program has stopped working. This problem was in 4.0.2 and the latest dev build and the 3.0 builds. When i delete the whole dolphin folder from my documents then it starts fine, but when i restart it again , same crash. This is from the exceptionInfo text file

Guys im a newbie using dolphin emulator.I dont understand few things.What do you use DX9,DX11 or open gl?i know in pc gaming dx11 brings some new effects like tesselation,ambient occlusion maybe but it dont know what does it make in super mario galaxy 2?which one should i use?i have a enough powerful notebook to play it with nice framerate at 4x internal resolution without aa cause aa seems to hit a lot and notebooks have smaller screens(17 inches mine) and jaggies arent that mot noticable especially if i render it a higher resolution than my native(4x internal).Also this game plays really good with combination of mouse and keyboard.What other games are playable with keyboard and mouse?One more thing i almost forgot.When i choose dx11 it only lets me choose my integrated gpu intel hd 4600?

I've discovered a small glitch where, when playing as luigi, one of his arms is shifted up a little. His idle animation can sometimes cause it to switch arms and make him all twitchy. It's present on both backends with default settings. Isn't noticeable in normal gameplay, but I thought that I should put it on record.

There was recently a CPU bug fixed that was causing polygon issues; maybe this was fixed too?
I looked your screenshot, looks like a legitimate bug. Try using JITIL or Interpreter and seeing if it shows up there. 03-20-2015, 06:33 AM
It's still present with the interpreter, and i noticed that it becomes more pronounced while he's recovering from a jump.
The IL compiler throws up several warning and error messages then continues, but several of the models are stretched to infinity. |
