Then my hunch was right, you're just lazy. Prove me wrong by actually converting it and try things out.
You know if you're worried that you'll break something, make a backup of the original .wbfs image and store it at a safe place or something.
Well whatever, you have at least confirmed that you get the same issues so I guess that counts for something.
