there is not really a "best version".
[Wii] Super Mario Galaxy

It's confusing to me that Galaxy is listed as perfectly playable, with no less than 5 stars in Dolphin and on the wiki, when it has that insoluble sound issue where it cuts out after a couple minutes, even with the makeshift patch. What's even more confusing is seeing videos on YouTube of people playing it with full sound. Can someone explain this to me?

not for everyone. opengl slows the game down for me (a lot).
and in galaxy 2, yoshi's tongue works just fine w/ d3d.
I only get a black screen when i start the game, i tried the settings from the other SMG2-Thread, but nothing
I'm using r5474 x64. When i start it in debug-mode, i get a few read-warings with invalid adresses, an error about accessing an emulated adress and a "culprit instruction: movzx eax, word ptr ds:[rbx+rcx] at 00000000151cddf8" . Maybe my ISO-file is corrupted, how can i check that ?
