Got it. Thanks for confirming.
I look forward to the next enhancement that can take care of the shader stutter at some point.

@ pantonio: Ishiiruka is not up-to-date with OpenGL, but have you tried its performance with DX9 or DX11?

Hm, that's weird. Are you sure you are using the same settings in both builds?

Definitely, and I think the main build made significant advances with OGL which would explain the difference in performance. What's your performance at 1080p?

Like I said, Ishiiruka shouldn't be used for OpenGL. However, yeah, Ishiiruka might be a tad slow ATM because some performance optimizations of late haven't been merged, yet.

hello all. having some issues with MP3 that I'm hoping someone can help with:
1. scan is super glitchy. have "store EFB copies to texture only" unchecked and am able to scan SOME things but for most items the visor locks onto it, I get the message "press Z to scan" and then nada, pressing Z does not scan the item 2. using opengl the charge beam when fired becomes a large white square. not present using direct3d but direct3d is SUPER laggy while opengl is very smooth 3. still getting wiimote disconnects despite following the wiki suggestions (using Toshiba stack and have speaker disabled) I'm using the newest revision 4.0-5875. any tweaks or suggestions? 03-18-2015, 04:14 AM
1. Just to make sure: You are 100% positive that you're actually pressing Z, i.e. you have the controls bound correctly?
2. dunno, not using OpenGL. You should give us your settings... 3. If you are talking about one disconnect when starting one of the three games, then that one is normal. It happens when a game has several dol files and opens a new one. Just press Alt+F5 and it should continue without any issues. If you are getting more disconnects later, then yeah, that shouldn't happen.

Your second problem (and maybe also the first one?) is a known issue. You can either wait a little while for it to be fixed, or try disabling anti-aliasing.

I'll report back with details. Unless the master build is trailblazing with OGL I would imagine similar performance! |
