Hey Fanboy, everyone!
I know I haven't been posting much around these parts. TBQH I haven't done anything significant since January as I don't have much free time. Just wanted to say a few points:
* The problems I mentioned before still exist, dolphin doesn't work with RE3 the same way it does with RE2. unless something changes in the way dolphin handles RE3 textures, anyone doing a texture pack for this game should do it on "safe". doing a texture pack on "fast" is a waste of time honestly, and even then you can't guarantee that the textures can work. Safe is also very slow on my machine; I can barely play the game on safe let alone make textures. dolphin performance hasn't been improving either.
* Inventory textures are random.
* RE3 background are usually as good as the ones on PC, so there is no need to replace everything with its PC equivalent, you don't want to end up with a 600MB texture pack without any noticeable difference. You only need to replace the ones that look horribly compressed.
* I check these forums regularly and I do read the PMs (although with a bit of delay :p). feel free to ask anything. you can use my textures as a base if you want.
