Okay, so I just created my account so that I may hope to find a solution to my problem. I'll say a basic summary of what happens, and then list Starscream's list of things I should put in.
After looking through Several other threads/posts on what I thought was the same problem, I realized that I need to give as much information as I can if I want to use the best GC/WII emulator out there
Problem in a short, stupid summary:
I downloaded and ran Dolphin. I then decided that I was done playing for the time being and closed the program. I tried to re-run the program again, and it wouldn't run. Rinse and repeat.
Starscream's List:
A) Operating System:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service
Processor/CPU:
Intel® Core i5-2300 CPU @ 2.80GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Video Card/GPU:
NVIDIA GeForce GT 545
Ram:
6.00 GB
Current Dolphin Revision:
dolphin-3.5-x64
B) Dolphin Revision:
dolphin-3.5-x64
https://dolphin-emu.org/download/?ref=btn
C) As for dolphin settings, I am unable to list them, because I can't run the program. They should, however, be default, for I have just downloaded both the x64 and x86 and havn't tampered with them yet.
D) Detailed Info.

Second

Fourth
Fifth
Sixth
Seventh
Eighth
Ninth
Tenth

That is all I can say about this problem. There must be some other information I can give, but i don't know what that may be, so I will be very up to date with his thread to help you help me as much as possible. I do hope for a solution, but I also wouldn't want to be a bother.

D) Detailed Info.
- I am trying to run the program, however it will not open except for one time after a fresh, new download.
- Also, to be noted, once you attempt a second launch and wish to delete the original folder in which the program is in, an error message occurs, stating that the program inside is already in use (Task Manager does not think so) I have found with this part that the error will only happen within a limited time of the second launch attempt, after that will delete the folder.
- I have tried multiple versions of Dolphin, which include 3.0 x64, 3.5 x64, 3.5 x86, and some of the latest development builds (Even 3.5-1552 x64)
- This is interesting. Upon trying to launch the "dolphin 3.5-1552-x86" build, it works (meaning I can run the program, close it and run it again) however, it still has a chance to not start-up. To be said in this bullet is that I am running the program from its .7z file, and not from an extracted destonation; therefor, I am able to run the program, but not save data in the archive (WinRAR cannot add files to .7z archives)
