Try downloading the 7z file again. (If you don't have something that can extract 7z files, like 7zip or WinRAR, then you should install one of the two I just listed.)

I have unpacker. and ive tried now 15 times. still says file is corrupted. does it matter where the dolphin folder location is saved to?

I was able to extract the latest dev build with The Unarchiver for OS X. Maybe install 7zip for now and see if it is able to extract the archive?

unpacker extracts the program and its what I used for psx, nes e, snes,, dolphin vers. 3.0 and 4.0.2 but 4.0-8133 comes out corrupted

You're using Windows 8 x64, right? If you're using a 32-bit OS, the development versions won't run and might appear to be corrupt, even if there's nothing wrong with them.

Maybe your program just doesn't support 7z files, so please try using 7-Zip instead. 11-09-2015, 08:29 PM
Then maybe the Dolphin development builds are using an uncommon type of 7z (with a different compression format, for instance).

ok got 7 zip archive and when it unpacked the file it had the dolphin symbol but when I tried to open it this time a new window poped up and it stated that windows blocked the program because of possible harm
