You could try updating drivers, changing video backends, etc.

EFB to ram and Texture ACC to safe. What am I doing wrong? It is so aggravating to me! I really like this game and I haven't played through it in years. Changing backends like JMC47 suggested is what fixed that problem for me. hope it works for you. 06-04-2014, 02:41 PM
I just ran into this issue in 4.0 1720: http://imgur.com/a/cgzKG
Apparently it's been around for at least 5 years. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5wjasSuXZk&t=3m5s 06-09-2014, 11:54 PM
Hey,
I got to ask which settings is good for me because I drop frames at relatively large areas like Faron Woods. Here's a link to my settings: https://imgur.com/a/T1eb3 My setup is: Operating System: Windows 7 x64 Processor/CPU: AMD FX 6300 @ 3.5 GHz Video Card/GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7850 Memory/RAM: 2 x 4 GB Corsair @ 1866 MHz Dolphin Revision: 4.0-1816 @ x64 06-09-2014, 11:57 PM
Make sure you have the Twilight Princess patch on in the game properties menu. Other than that, Twilight Princess is demanding and your processor is very weak (AMD IPC sucks)
...and Faron Woods are one of the most demanding parts of the game. So don't be surprised if your fps is low at this point

I can't even start the game in Direct3d mode.
