If it can even run anything at full speed it will be at 1x IR. I still wouldnt get my hopes up though but it might be worth a shot with these settings (if it isnt listed here just leave it at default):
Graphics
General
Backend: OpenGL (Try Direct3D aswell (will reset the settings so check them again). Some people have had better experience with that backend)
Fullscreen Resolution: Auto.
Enhancements
Internal Resolution: Native
Anti-Aliasing: None
Anisotropic Filtering: 1x
Post-Processing Effect: (off)
Hacks
Skip EFB Access from CPU: Checked
Ignore Format Changes: Checked
Store EFB Copies to Texture Only: Checked
Texture Cache Accuracy: Fast
External Frame Buffer: Disable
Fast Depth Calculation: Checked (uncheck this one if you are bothered by flickering waves. I only have this issue when using Direct3D).
Disable Bounding Box: Checked
Config
Audio
DSP Emulator Engine: DSP HLE emulation
Audio Backend: XAudio2
Also make sure the game is using your dedicated GPU. Considering you're using a laptop does it ofter default to the IGPU on the CPU. If you dont know what Dolphin is using then set the backend to Direct3D and look at what it says under adapter. If it says something with HD 4350 you should be fine.
Thanks for the advice I'll give it a shot. When I changed the back end it actually said ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500 series. I just made the adjustments you said. A majority of them were already checked (aside from the skip EFB access from CPU) I'm gonna try this out quick.
