Oh, well it's still worth reading nonetheless.

For anyone who is interested in trying out the new ubershaders, there's a PR called ubershaders 2.0--that's the one you want, and it contains a link to a built version of the PR.

Silly question: what makes Dolphin release a new stable version? What happened to Dolphin 4.0.2 turn 5.0?
My specs:
Operating System: Windows 10 x64
Processor/CPU: intel I7 3770 3.4 Ghz
Video Card/GPU: Nvidia GeForce 1060 6GB
Memory/RAM: 16 GB
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 5.0-xxxx X64 (always the latest) and the latest Ishiiruka for custom textures.

I'm still learning english. Please, be patient with me. And, if i make a mistake, please correct me, i will learn a lot this way!  Big Grin

We felt like releasing a new version. It takes a massive amount of effort though to hunt down regressions and nobody wants to do that though so we rarely release.

So, with this Ubershader the graphics should look better, correct?
I tried Google the term, but it's not very obvious what exactly will do this to what we see on the screen..
specs:

Windows 10
Intel i5-6600K @ 4.6Ghz
32 GB RAM
Nvidia 1080ti

It doesn't make them look better, it reduces/eliminates stutter from shader compilation afaik.

Actually it hurts it for low end hardware if turned on.

It just eliminates microstutter caused by shader compilation
