Could you try https://dl.dolphin-emu.org/prs/pr-2744-d...est-x64.7z , go to controller config and uncheck direct connect, as major said?
A very specific audio problem with newest Dolphin versions

Right, did that now. Disabling direct connect had no effect on the problem. Sound still clicks in the same pattern as before when I have this version of dolphin open. Also if I try to enable direct connect again, Dolpin goes into (not responding) mode and crashes

In the controllers panel, in the GameCube Adapter area, there's a checkbox labeled "Direct Connect". Download the build above, uncheck Direct Connect, then see if that fixes your issue.

(https://dl.dolphin-emu.org/prs/pr-2744-d...est-x64.7z) edit: and make sure the "direct connect" option is unchecked, obviously 07-15-2015, 02:01 AM
That worked! I've kept the emulation running for a good 30 minutes now without any audio problems at all. Thank you for the fix
Pity I won't be able to netplay Project M with this, since the solution was a new dolphin build, but still very happy! Thank you both |
