Does anyone know a fix for the Grey Flashing Screen?

Still has random crashes when I cross the bridge. Probably the same with doing quests.

well, I played a bit with DX9 and it seemed to run perfectly, no crashes so far...but I couldn't play for long cuz that grey flashing gave me bad headaches -_-
OpenGL looked ugly (maybe because of that XFB option though) and crashed already on the main-screen
