I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Trying to get OoT @ at least 30 fps...i've enabled cheats, entered in the code manually, checked all the boxes, went into the config and put a plus sign before the name of the code...nothing. Tried 4.0.2, multiple different masters, experimental versions, the newest ishiiruka build...nothing seems to work. Anything I'm missing here?

Thanks.
Have you ticked the "enable cheats" checkbox in the settings?

Thanks for the response, yes. I stated that in my post.
Can you link the code, either AR or Gecko? Do you also have the CPU Clock Override enabled at (let's say) 200%? And which version of OoT do you use? PAL, NTSC, JPN? Collector, Master Quest or VC?
Oh, I'm sorry. Missed that. Are you sure you're using the correct version of the cheat for your game? Also, to enable a cheat in the config, you don't put a + sign.

You instead create another section in the INI, like this:

[ActionReplay_Enabled]
$Name of the cheat you want to enable

But you can also do this from the GUI by simply ticking the box next to the cheat.

I have the NTSC version of the .iso that has both Vanilla and Masterquest. D43E01 is the game ID.

$OoT - 30FPS Hack
00C8D2C1 00000002

$OoT - 30FPS Jump Fix
00C8D24D 000000BD

those are the two im using...which im now realizing might be for the collectors edition...however, even the ones already listed in the cheats list don't work.
Yup, wrong code. Check out this thread: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-ar...ora-s-mask. Not the wiki page. The code you posted is horrible outdated and works terrible. The code listed below works much better, enough for a reasonable enjoyable experience from start to end. You have to work around a few issues through, such as timers and item duration. Luckely there is another code for igniting the deku stick instantly. Expect to press Dpad-Up a lot to temporary revert to 20 FPS mode. Items such as the Hookshot, Longshot and Boomerang have a shorter distance (about 50% less). There are more issues, but it is doable.

Master Quest NTSC (only master quest and not the normal quest within the same disc):
Code:
AR Code 30 FPS for Master Quest

But you should really go through the entire thread yourself, lots of interesting stuff for Zelda games, but mostly Ocarina of Time and Master Quest. There isn't much yet for Majora's Mask yet, there is still a high quality texture pack porting ongoing. The code is also ported for the Collector's Edition of Ocarina of Time and the normal quest of Master Quest. Only NTSC-U versions are 30 FPS codes, as PAL runs around 17 FPS instead of 20.

A last bit of advice, do not enable codes for both normal quest and master quest for the Master Quest disc. This may cause some issues. If you only play the master quest version, just only use those codes. You might also check out other quality enhancement codes such as the 16:9 Aspect Ratio Fix (or 21:9, or even 48:9) and the Extended Draw Distance. Perhaps you like Double or Quad Damage Taken modifiers?

WOOO! Got it working. Thanks alot! One issue though, seems like you can't charge Link's spin attack while in 30fps mode Sad
Yup, confirmed issue. That is one of the drawbacks you have to live with when running OoT at 30 FPS. You can do a fast spin attack through by rotating your stick fast and then press B. Charging the spin attack does not work.

Thanks for your help...one last question, does playing at a higher framerate effect the day/night cycle in Hyrule field? Seems faster than I remember...I could be mistaken though.
