Hi, I was playing smash bros brawl on the emulator, which was running on 45 fps, so i wanted to try to make it faster. I looked up the following video and followed the steps

Now dolphin runs smash bros at 30 fps at most!! pls help.

Specs are:

Intel i7 core
Nvidia Geforce GTX 850 M
4 gb ram
500 gb 5600 rpm hdd
um.. im kinda new to computers. but when i put the graphics backend onto direct3d, it gave me the option of using the graphics card, which i chose
Don't think it matters, but I would say leave it alone, which does it say right now?
There is a link in my previous post that shows you how to set programs to use the NVIDIA GPU. You should also select the "GeForce GTX 850M" in the graphics options when you use Direct3D.

What i7? Download a free program called Speccy https://www.piriform.com/speccy/download and get the full model of your i7.
Alright so i have Intel i7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40 GHz

and i realized that i actually have 8 gb ram
