Is anyone else having terrible texture aliasing problems with dolphin on a 660 Ti even with the force texture filtering box checked?

Here is a link to a video (look at :13-14 and the very end particularly).

This happens with all Dolphin backends and every 660 Ti driver.
Force texture filtering is a hack and can cause texture issues. If the issue only occurs with this option turned on then obviously the solution is as simple as turning it off. Also I don't see any texture issues in that video other than the DoF filter (which is normal)

This would only count as an issue if:
1. It doesn't happen on the GC/Wii (you can't blame the emulator for having shitty texture filtering if the game is supposed to have shitty texture filtering)
2. It occurs with the force texture filtering option turned off (which is the more accurate behavior)
