is it good enough to run zelda twilight princess, super mario sunshine, and super paper mario.
No good for any game . Your CPU is too slow and old and you don't have a decent graphic card
You'll need new computer

CPU and GPU
And you'll need to spend a lot more than $100.
Core i5-3570k + GTX 660/660 Ti OR Radeon 78XX + decent CPU cooler = SUCESS
it says here http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-dol...-hierarchy that i have a moderate or fast pc so will some games run?
The cpu isn't the only component in a computer.

A: You need a video card. Integrated gpus are not sufficient for running more demanding games even on the lowest settings. Some games may run ok but many will not.
