i just got a new pc and i need to know if it can run dolphin at full speed? here is the specs:

and when i tried to run new super mario bros and dk country returns it still runs slow and im using the newest build of dolphin??

Your processor is too slow for Dolphin. No way to run any game at decent speed

No. That CPU is too weak to play any game at decent speeds, the best choice processor is an i5-3570k or i5-2500k overclocked to 4.2 and 4.5 respectively.

k then can i put that i5-3570k or i5-2500k in my pc since i posted the specs already about my pc?? and where can i go to buy it?? also if i buy a really good grafix card would that help at all to run dolphin and would it help if i add two more gbs of ram in my pc??

No. You need a different motherboard and probably a better power supply. Possibly even a bigger chassis.

i5 3570K and either a GTX 650 or higher from nvidia or a 7750 or higher from amd.
