Take time and learn how to build your own PC , that will save you money and you will have the best components out of it
Yeah that's still nowhere near what you need, especially the GPU. I would seriously consider building it yourself like admin said.
Yep, and instead of a Core i5-3350P + crappy GPU choose the i5-3570k + a modern and fast GPU (like the GTX 660/660 Ti)
I have the same specs, yet some games run at 60 fps.
