I just want a laptop that can run dolphin so i can play Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn. That's all i want to do with dolphin. Not even wanting to run it in HD, although it'd be nice.
Under 500 dollars is necessary, and 15 inches or under would be nice.
However any suggestions are welcome. Thanks alot!

No.
Processor and GPU are both too weak.

I am going to assume OP wants it for portability more than power considering the budget. Seems reasonable for me to buy a laptop.

Exactly.
But I'm having trouble finding a laptop that can. I might have to just get the aspire because it seems to be the cheapest one that can. I know that getting a laptop, especially smaller ones, that powerful are very expensive, but i just bought a new tv so im gonna be tight on cash for a while.

Any suggestions on laptops that can run dolphin for RD and settings would be much appriciated.
The slightly cheaper Aspire? (Not worth the processor downgrade, IMO.)

[align=left]How high will the specs need to be? I'm not gonna be playing very intensive games. And the more intensive ones are handled by my desktop, which i already have dolphin on. I just need something cheap and portable cause I'm spending the next few weeks travelling with my brothers college hunting.
So not on like HD and max settings, that Pavilion wouldn't work?

Nope.
The CPU is too slow and the GPU would struggle with 1x native.
Get the Ideapad instead.

I would place this as the minimum.

Gotcha. So with the ideapad, what settings would you run it on?
