Your pc is so old its worth almost nothing now ( you can buy it for $20-$30 on ebay )
If you buy new pc for $200 its going to be better then that !

If you came here expecting a P4 to do ANYTHING in dolphin, then you are sadly mistaken.

For dolphin and mainstream gaming that is.
Good for lower end linux distros.
Even then, Atom is actually superior for those in terms of performance and power consumption.

Beats them so bad it isn't even funny.
I still have a Pentium 4 PC running... It's been running since 2001 havent died on me yet, pairing it up with 700 something megabytes of ram a nvidia dont know number anymore card and a 1200x720 monitor, dolphin runs 60fps on 0.01x IR
