Hi everyone! I'm new to this board here.

I have a problem that I hope you guys can help me out with.

I read a lot about how Twilight Princess is kind of specific about what settings you use for the game. I finally got them to where it works just fine for me but my only problem is the Hyrule Field sleep reduction.
I tried putting the ZTP hack in but when I go to the properties of the iso (or any iso for that matter) I get this error:

Then when I exit out of the properties window I get pretty much the same error, but this time it says it can't save whatever it's trying to save.

I read in another thread to run Dolphin as admin, and to put it in a folder I have full access to, and I did both but I still get the same errors.

If needed I can provide screencaps of any of my dolphin settings.
Thanks in advance for any and all help!
Try another Dolphin revision, e.g. the newest one or the official 3.0 release.
Probably should've mentioned that I'm running 3.0. What's the "newest one" you mentioned?
He means the latest builds (3.0-XXX). Dolphin 3.0 is the official release. 3.0-XXX are "revisions".
Anyway you shouldn't get this issue with Dolphin 3.0 so you must be doing something wrong

Make sure your .exe file and your User/Sys etc folders are in the same main folder

Alright I downloaded 3.0-651. The game moves at about 10% slower than it does with the other version I had with all of the exact settings.

The ZTP hack came activated (and also was with my other games but I disabled it for them) when I first opened it so I assumed it'd run better. But in non Hyrule Field parts of the game it runs at an average of 90%, but fluctuates from 80%-100% pretty frequently... But on the bright side Hyrule Field places run about 10% faster so that's an improvement! Smile

Is there anyway I can smooth it out a bit? Or is it probably just my hardware isn't good enough to run it at a normal capacity?

Here are my graphic settings:

You can use 3x Native Resolution , 16x AF
You don't have permission to write data on dolphin folder that's why you couldn't create GZ2E01.ini (Google "How to take ownership of your folder")

I tried what you suggested, didn't really help much...
Also, I know how to take ownership of locations. I had already taken ownership of the folder Dolphin is kept in.

I messed around with the settings some more and found out that turning the EFB Copies option from "RAM" to "Texture" improves my game speed a good little bit and drastically improved the graphics.

But when I turn it to Texture, my maps in the game get really fucked up like this

[Image: d9ec336524e73eca90531efc4ec27446.png?1337918764]

It did this with the v3.0 Dolphin I had been using too, I guess the bug or whatever it is carries over in this version?
Is there anything I can do to fix that so that the glitching is gone and I can keep EFB Copies on Texture?

Also, thank you guys so much for helping and being so kind! Big Grin
No, not really. But you can enable the EFB Copies to RAM Cache. Besides, you could check "Fast Mipmaps" and set the Texture Cache Accuracy to the Middle.

This can improve the FPS rate a little bit.
