This is on Windows XP. I run Wind Waker at 30% speed. Is my hardware just not good enough or is there a way i can configure dolphin to perform better?
Nope, fraid your SOL.
Better off buying a new computer.
Man, i really wanted to play Wind Waker too
what is the lowest possible level hardware to have Dolphin work at 100%? or is there any one piece that can be replaced to fix the performance ?
You can also check out what other people's specs are for WW on the Dolphin Wiki
Wind Waker entry. It's been tested on a lot of different hardware. It'll give you an idea of what hardware is capable of full-speed on WW.
But really, like werewolfyman said, you're going to need a new computer, and the ones he posted should do fine.

NaturalViolence has taught me well!
Thanks guys. Sucks how fast computers get out dated, huh.
Then again, mine's not exactly new lol

I used to have a Pentium 4 about 3 months ago.
Then I scrapped it and never looked back.
Seriously, you'll be amazed by how fast any of those processors are by comparison.

It's 12 years old CPU ...
Quote:Pentium 4 was introduced by Intel on November 20, 2000 and shipped through August 8, 2008

Yeah, a couple of years equates to leaps and bounds in technological advances in the industry. I was looking through a bunch of my old computer mags the other day, reading about how an Athlon 64 FX-51 used to be
the CPU to get, like 8 years ago. Time flies.
