In case anybody actually wants to use it I'm posting it here for convenience (it can also be found in the googlecode issues).

Hi! I'd like to ask, if you have a compiled X64 build with it, could you upload it to megaupload(or to somewhere)?
Or if doesn't have atm, build me one?

Does this patch work with ALL versions of dolphin? i.e. 2.0 and current.

Sorry for all of the multiple posts, but I can't apply this patch (yes I have applied patches before ).

That's a bit vague for a patch which should apply fine imo

I click apply patch and select the patch and nothing happens.

Apply it manually then?
