HI!! I run Dolphin 2.0 and I am playing Sonic adventure DX Directors cut. I have all the C++ stuff and i run Direct X11. But the game only runs at 70% and it frustates me. I dont care about quality i just want to play the game. here are my specs:
System Model: HP G42 Notebook PC
Processor: AMD Atlhon™ II P340 Dual core processor (2 CPUs) 2.2Ghz
RAM: 3GB
Graphic: AMD M880G w. ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250
DirectX version: Direct X 11
I think that should run it WAY better than it does... but im not an expert

Try turning all these settings off:
Native minimaps
efb scaled copy
pixel lighting
pixel depth
force filtering
3d vision
cpu access
emulate format changes
Turn these on:
Disable lighting
Disable fog
Disable alpha pass
Turn off XFB
Turn off copy
Turn off accurate texture cache
Change the scale to fractional.
If you have any issues please tell me so I can identify the issue.
If you don't see one of these options, simply ignore it.
If all else fails, use the frameskip.
Try using Build 6970 with DX9
No, not fractional, set it to 1x or lower.

IMO its not that bad... maybe the graphics card could be better
but are there any tricks to speeding up emulation?
Basicly what im saying is IDGAF about quality i just want to play the game at 75%-100% i dont care if it is poor quality or something is missing. But you know what i mean im gonna keep on texture.
